ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Office Representative for Shamas Insurance and Financial Service, State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. Working the daily service work or Beginning of Day activities, effectively and efficiently is a crucial role for the success of the office. This is a part-time position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Office Representative for Shamas Insurance and Financial Service, State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. Working the daily service work or Beginning of Day activities, effectively and efficiently is a crucial role for the success of the office. This is a part-time position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work office Beginning of Day (BOD) service activities
- Minimal calling customers, mainly email and texts as needed
- Work with licensed staff, as needed, to help get customers files completed.
- 12-15 hours per week. Laptop and soft phone provided
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with customer service work desired.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to anticipate customer needs
- Able to effectively relate to a customer
Compensation: $17.50 per hour

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
